Payment of the registration fee for CUAV, UAV & ROBOTICS Show Europe 2023 can be effected by bank transfer. After you have completed the registration, you will receive a confirmation email and the pro forma invoice. When paying by bank transfer, in the payment description please enter pro forma invoice number. The payer bears all bank costs relating to payment. An invoice will be issued for all payments.

Registration fee is to be paid as followed: Early Bird by 28 Feb 2023, Regular by 10 May 2023, Late Bird no later than 22 May 2023

Cancellation & refund policy

Please send your cancellations in writing to natasa.gajski@zastita.info
Cancellations received in writing by 10 May 2023 will be refunded, less a 10% administrative fee. Cancellations received in writing after 10 May 2023 will not be refunded.

Except for a plenty options of the private accommodation and hotels in the surroundings, the best hotel option in Čakovec is waiting for you. Have in mind that accommodation is still limited so we advise you to book as soon as possible.
